I love photography. Whether I'm making a photo or admiring someone else's, it's deeply gratifying. Capturing a moment—just before the light changes or an expression fades—that evokes a visceral response in a total stranger, is profoundly rewarding for me. Those moments, the ones that hit us in our gut and force us to be present, are fleeting and elusive. I guess that's what I love most about it.
